Service Description
In your full consultation, we first discuss your history with learning English and I gauge your current level. Then, we establish the learning objectives that will drive your tuition and agree concrete steps to help you meet them. Finally, we cover the materials we'll use in lessons and your preferred ways of learning. All consultations are offered in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a session, please contact me via my contact page, or email hello@emmaspurling.com, at least 48 hours before your booking time to receive a refund. Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours before the booking time are not eligible for a refund. Cancellation requests sent outside my working hours (9am–5.30pm BST) will be considered received based on the time contact is made by the student. For example, if your session is on a Monday but you cancel the Friday before, you will be refunded even though I may not see your request until Monday morning.
