Service Description
In a full consultation, I invite you to tell me why you’re seeking private tuition. If you’ve studied English before, I’ll ask you for some details about this. Then, l’ll then gauge your current level. Together we’ll agree on some objectives to guide your tuition, and discuss the materials we’ll use in your lessons. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have. All my consultations are commitment-free: at the end, you can decide whether you’d like to begin taking lessons or not. All consultations are offered in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a session, please contact me via my contact page, or email hello@emmaspurling.com, at least 48 hours before your booking time to receive a refund. Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours before the booking time are not eligible for a refund. Cancellation requests sent outside business hours will be considered received based on the time contact is made by the student. For example, if your session is on a Monday but you cancel the Friday before, you will be refunded even though I may not see your request until Monday morning.
