Service Description
General English lessons are designed for students looking for ongoing tuition to help them develop their English proficiency across the four major skill areas of reading, writing, speaking and listening. These sessions are also ideal for students looking for short-term support for specific issues over a number of weeks or months. In your general English lessons, we work towards meeting the learning objectives we established in your full consultation.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a session, please contact me via my contact page, or email hello@emmaspurling.com, at least 48 hours before your booking time to receive a refund. Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours before the booking time are not eligible for a refund. Cancellation requests sent outside business hours will be considered received based on the time contact is made by the student. For example, if your session is on a Monday but you cancel the Friday before, you will be refunded even though I may not see your request until Monday morning.
