Service Description
Do you have questions about English that you haven’t found the answers to? This session is for you! Email all your questions to hello@emmaspurling.com before our session, and I'll answer as many as I can in the time available.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a session, please contact me via my contact page, or email hello@emmaspurling.com, at least 48 hours before your booking time to receive a refund. Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours before the booking time are not eligible for a refund. Cancellation requests sent outside business hours will be considered received based on the time contact is made by the student. For example, if your session is on a Monday but you cancel the Friday before, you will be refunded even though I may not see your request until Monday morning.
